GRAPH Quarter is the group's production base on a lane off Siri Mangkalajarn Road, near Nimman. The cold brew and bakery for every branch are made here, so the pastry counter is fresh and you can watch the baking. The room uses lots of wood and natural materials and there's some seating outside. It's quieter than the One Nimman branch and fine for a couple of hours' work, though there aren't many seats and parking is awkward.
