Niji Cafe

Niji is a Japanese-style garden café down Soi 12 in Pa Daet, south of the city, and I'd call it a cat café and restaurant with basic food. You walk through a small garden to a cottage with shoji-style doors, and a few resident cats wander around. The owners love chocolate, so the signature is a rich Niji cocoa topped with cream and brownie pieces, alongside cheesecakes and other desserts at modest prices. It's a gentle, slow place for an afternoon with kids.
