SIP Matcha is a home café on Samlan Soi 7, in the quiet south-west corner of the Old City, sitting under a huge bougainvillea that turns the whole front pink when it blooms. The menu is short and focused on ceremonial-grade matcha, which I like: no pile of gimmick drinks, just good matcha in a calm space that feels like a friend's front porch. It's an easy stop on a walk round Wat Phra Singh and the lanes behind it.
