Water Milk Fruit is a dog café in the Lan Siew complex near Chiang Mai University. Entry is 80 baht and includes a drink, and then you sit among a crowd of friendly Pomeranians (around 16 of them), with board games and snacks to pass the time. It's kept tidy: you swap into slippers before entering the dog area. I think it's an easy win for kids, or for anyone missing their own dog.
