Arno's is a steak and burger restaurant on Ratchapakhinai Road in the Old City, the Chiang Mai outpost of a Thai steakhouse group. Dry-aged beef is the speciality, sold by cut, with burgers, seafood, wine and beer. It's for when you want a proper steak at a fair price, though reviews vary from visit to visit, so I'd stick to the steaks. It's open all day, from 11am to 10pm.
