About
Artisan Taste is a small Japanese home-cooking kitchen in Nong Khwai, Hang Dong, near Wat Ton Kwen, sharing space with Din Cafe. The focus is healthy teishoku sets inspired by Zen temple cooking: rice, miso soup, pickles and a main such as grilled shishamo or miso-glazed fish. Finish with warabi mochi. It's calm, small and daytime only. I'd combine it with a visit to Wat Ton Kwen.
