Isaan Ros Sab is a casual, cheap Isaan and Thai restaurant in Si Phum, in the northern part of the Old City. The name means tasty Isaan food, and it does som tam alongside everyday dishes like chicken khao soi, pad thai, spring rolls and mango sticky rice. It's a simple local-style place that's open all day. I'd order the som tam first and build the meal around it.
