Ninja Ramen is a Japanese restaurant on Siri Mangkalajarn Road, a block east of Nimman. Ramen is the focus, with tonkotsu, shoyu, miso and shio bowls, and there's sushi, Japanese curry and gyoza for the table. It's a straightforward neighbourhood place for a warming bowl, and handy if Nimman itself feels too busy. It serves lunch and dinner with an afternoon break and is closed on Thursdays.
