Pim's Delish is a small home-run kitchen in San Phak Wan, out past Hang Dong, that bakes its own baguettes and turns them into subs. For my money, it's the best sub in all of Chiang Mai. Recent posts show a kebab baguette and a chicken BLT, and they take catering orders too. It only appeared on Google Maps in mid-2025, so it's still mostly word of mouth. Because it runs out of a home, you can't just turn up like you would at a café: message ahead to check they're open and what's on that day.
