The Phoenix is a club-bar on Charoen Prathet Road, a block from the Night Bazaar and the river. It opens around 9pm, but the energy builds after midnight, with live music, DJs, dancing and bottle service. The crowd is a mix of locals and travellers. It's mid-range on price, and it's handy if you're staying on the east side and don't want to cross town to Nimman.
