Spicy is Chiang Mai's best-known after-hours club, on Moon Muang Soi 5 off Chaiyaphum Road. It opens at 8pm, but it barely starts until 1 or 2am, when the other bars shut and it fills with a loud mix of tourists, locals and people looking to meet someone. You buy a drink to get in. Several reviews warn about being led on to other venues by people met here, so keep your wits about you.
