TongBar is a tiny live-music dive bar on Ratvithi Road, a few doors from the Zoe in Yellow crowd but a world away in feel. Bands play rock, funk, jazz, blues and '80s and '90s rock from about 8:20pm to midnight, and the room fills up fast. There's a 100-baht minimum when a band is on. Come early if you want a seat. I'd pick it over the clubs nearby.
