Basic Skate House

Basic Skate House is a small concrete skatepark out among the rice fields in San Phak Wan, on the Hang Dong side of the south, with a little café and shop attached. It's a laid-back local spot rather than a big park, and the setting, with paddies around you as the light goes, is half the appeal. It opens in the late afternoon into the evening, which is the sensible time to skate here anyway. There's a small fee to ride.
