The Arc Cafe and Surf Skate

The Arc is a café in the T1 Business Park in Tha Sala, east of the river along the railway line, with a Mediterranean, beach-club kind of look that Thai design magazines have written about. The reason to go is that it has a skate ramp: there's a surf-skate zone right by the café. So you can get a coffee while someone else in the group skates, or bring your own board and take a turn. It's out of the usual café circuit, which keeps it relaxed. Message ahead if you want to check the ramp is open.
