Mainichi

Mainichi is a small Japanese-styled café on the old airport road in Suthep, a little tricky to find and with very little parking. The owner cooks good-value rice bowls (the beef bowl gets the most praise), a burger on riceberry rice with a Japanese omelette, and some Thai and Western plates. It started as a waffle and snow-ice café, and those are still worth ordering. It's a cheap, friendly lunch for one or two people.
