Kid Skate Shop is a local, skater-run shop on Kaew Nawarat Road, east of the river. It's known for supporting the city's skate scene: it helps with events like Go Skateboarding Day, and its crew builds ramps in their own time. Visitors say they've been welcomed without speaking Thai, and one was even lent a board. Boards and gear are sold here. It's closed on Wednesdays.
