About
WellNest is a sauna and recovery spot in Nam Phrae, Hang Dong, and it replaces The Cocoon. The herbal steam room gets fresh herbs every hour. The dry sauna uses oil infusions, and the ice bath is circulated with ozone. There's also a 25-metre pool, massage, a work lounge, rooms and healthy food. It's for ages 15 and up, except on Sunday family days. You can pay by the hour, and that charge stops at the day rate after three hours.
