FOHHIDE is a small coffee bar on the 5th floor of a plain building on Nimman Soi 5, reached by a tiny, slow lift. The reward is a bright, Japanese-minimal room with big windows and a semi-outdoor balcony looking over Nimman towards Doi Suthep. Signature drinks use local twists like longan syrup and orange (La La Land, Sa Nay Sao Yong), at around 80–100 baht, with scones, tarts and cheesecake. Seats are few and it fills up after midday, so I'd go in the morning.
