About
Roast8ry Lab is the small, experimental shop from the Ristr8to and Roast8ry group on Nimman Soi 3. It's separate from the bigger flagship on Soi 17. The team is led by a latte-art world champion, so milk drinks come with a different pattern in each cup. The beans are largely from the northern Thai highlands, and the brew methods change often. There are only a few seats and it fills up, especially on weekends. I'd go on a weekday morning, or get it to go.
