This evening food stand in the Dern Kin area of Nimman has a name almost as long as its menu. The heart of it is Vietnamese: bánh mì, bún chả and chicken pho, with grilled lemongrass pork or chicken, plus a vegetarian bánh mì. Then come the Cuban sandwiches, cheesesteaks and burritos. Fresh-grilled meat and the house sauce get the praise. It's open evenings only and closed on Sundays.
