Kao Some Por

Kao Some Por is a roadside Thai kitchen in Ban Pong, Hang Dong, a few minutes' walk from the Veranda High Resort, and it's a lifeline for anyone staying out there. A father and son cook stir-fries, fried rice, tom saep, green curry, som tam and pad thai, and grilled chicken in the evening. Prices are low and portions big. There are English and Korean menus. It's a simple place, but the cooking is good.
